Ok, looking for some help here, I have one or two new starters with an "afro" hairdo, looking for a bump cap to suit?

Most bump caps should be adjustable enough to accommodate most hair styles. You will need to try a few to see which work best.

Have a chat with your PPE provider they may be able to help otherwise you might want to discuss with the employees directly as they might not be too bothered about the use of them. Otherwise could you not swap for full blown helmet(s) as there is much more chioce in helmets.
