If any one is NVQ Level 5 Qualification holder, he/she will be no more Grad IOSH after 2019,  is it true?

I can't see IOSH stripping members of their Grad IOSH title, more of changing the goalposts for future applicants to become Grad staus

 I believe that IOSH have cut off of 31st July 2019 for not accepting NVQ level 5 for GRAD status. The criterea will be NVQ level6 which there are companies doing top ups
