Hi All

I have been asked to put together the above.  Can anyone advise me what should be included in both. (contents page)  I am in construction industry (cladding) which is all new to me.  Can you advise me where could get information or standard templates to amend...Any help appreciated.  ED

I assume you are a h&s person, if so, these documents in my experience were compiled by project management staff. I think you may have got the short straw matey.
