Hello everyone,,

The company I work for has just introduced new H&S policies that are mandatory. Namely being, the wearing of safety glasses at all times while working. The job has a very low risk of eye damage, but a freak accident at another location where an employee dropped a OSB pallet and a bit chipped off and went in their eye, means they have introduced the glasses. They have not bothered to perform a risk assessment. Is the policy enforceable without one?????
