Hi everyone,

Looking to introduce a review mechanism. Something new that facilitates the review of risk assessments annually and;

After any significant change within the workplace or process in question;

After an accident or ill-health incident has occurred, or;

After near-misses have been reported.

Currently getting missed in the fast-paced nature of the business and need something new to introduce that makes our risk assessments more of a live doc

Open for suggestions!

Thank you

Any decent document control system will have a review function built in. You just haves to set the review parameters and it automatically reminds risk assessment owners that it’s up for review.

Outlook calendar / tasks will give you "recurrence" abilities & you can allocate the task to A N Other - cheap, but does the trick
