Morning 

Looking for some advice on Airline restrictions

Is there a restriction set in the UK ? what is the maximum psi a dust / blow guns should be set too 

Is there a minimum length set for a nozzle  

Pneumatic hose fixing can they be o rings clips and  jubilee type or just o ring clips for every application using compressed air,  should I have an individual noise assessment each year for all 30 machines or will by zones cover this. 

Application is blowing off swarf from plastic parts coming off a CNC machines

The HSE recommends eliminating the use of compressed air for swarf removal by replacing it with other (quieter & safer) methods.

Would a vacuum system to capture and contain the swarf not be more preferable to blowing it around the workshop risking hearing and health?

It is unlikely (unless fully automated) 30 machines will hit exactly the same point in the production cycle - if they did that would be quite some noise being created (and likely a large receiver to deliver the necessary volume of air).

Sorry there are just too many downsides in pursuing this activity.
