Posted By Gary Walker Although my working career has been in Welding and Fabrication in the Construction, Offshore and Petrochemical Industries, I have always had a very keen interest in matters relating to Health and Safety. Indeed, on many sites and contracts I have been employed on, I have had the position of Safety Representative wherever possible. I hold the National General Certificate and I am exploring avenues in which, to study for the Diploma Part 1. My ambition is to become more involved in Health and Safety and to gain some valuable hands-on experience. Can anybody offer me the position of a Health and Safety assistant or similar for me to gain some experience? Voluntary work would be considered locally. Contact: Gary Walker, E-Mail: Garywalker01@hotmail.com, Tel/Fax: (01642) 563108, Thank you.
