Posted By Stephen Bridgehouse Can anyone explain exactly what a user journry is? Do they have an example of one I could look at. Are they better than 'Job Safety Analysis Technique's'?

Posted By Neil Budworth Dear Stephen, A user journey is in effect a task analysis taken from the user perspective, it encompases physical, ergonomic and motivational issues. Human Focus 0208 640 3535 advocate it quite a lot in their videos I think they have one that takes you through it it may be worth tryinbg to get one on preview. I think the risk assessment video takes you through the technique. Best Regards Neil
