Does anyone have a form for conducting fire risk assessments they could let me have, if you require environmental stuff give me a call, many thanks.

The Scottish Office have a "Guide to Fire Safety Risk Assessment" on their web site.
The Guide is directed mainly at Fire Authorities in Scotland. It has no statutory force but presents a set of national standards intended to assist in the achievement of consistency of inspection and enforcement by the Scottish Fire Services. It applies only in Scotland and to no other parts of the United Kingdom.
Despite the 'health warning' it is still a very good guide.
