Posted By Ken Taylor Get the Environmental Health Department to investigate and arrange for their trapping and removal? A private company should be a more discreet route - but would they be able to locate the source and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence. Open drains, nearby demolition works, etc could be involved.

Posted By Jim Walker We have a similar problem, however it is currently restricted to the board room and finance dept. Seriously though, what considerations should be taken with DIY solutions? I understand the COSHH implications of the rat bait etc, but can anyone put this stuff down ?? Should the baitee have health surviellance for example.
