Posted By Juliet Fennell This is just a suggestion. Quite often there are questions posted on the site looking for information. I have done this myself and have helped others out. Often it results in a string of threads of persons all looking for the same article or policy document. Instead of this would it not be an idea for IOSH to develop a section of the site where members could submit such documents for access by all members. The site would have to state that such documents are not a legal interpretation. Juliet

Posted By Jane Riley What a brilliant idea. We are all so busy it would make sense to share and develop good practice.

Posted By Philip McAleenan This idea was suggested last year on this forum but wasn't taken up on this site. However, as there was a high demand for it, my company took up the idea and established "safety Exchange" on my website, www.web-safety.com. A lot of regular suscribers to this forum have send packages, Powerpoint presentations etc. to this site and many others have used them. This is a totally free service. My company makes nothing out of it. We are only too happy to facilitate the exchange of information, regards, Philip

Posted By Liz Spencer Juliet, Thanks for the suggestion. This is certainly an area which IOSH is working to develop - we still have a few legal and virus-protection wrinkles to iron out though. Liz Spencer, Head of PR, IOSH

Posted By Paul Craythorne I have used Phillip's company website for downloading material and depositing material for others. It has proved very useful. I am surprised that IOSH does not run a similar 'Share Scheme'. Regards, Paul Craythorne
