Local Council in East Lancashire may be looking to spend some money on H&S training. Looking at fairly basic stuff on the following:
Use of Access Equipment
Use of Electrical Tools & Equipment
Use of hand-tools
Use of PPE
COSHH Awareness
Lone working
General fire safety awareness
The target audience is likely to be manual (building maintenance/parks/refuse-collection/etc) staff and office workers. In the main, I am looking at fairly short courses - perhaps an hour to two hours on each subject - possibly delivering topics one after another to "make a day of it".
Can anyone give me a quote - (a) to produce such short courses and deliver them, and/or (b) to deliver pre-written courses. (I might be able to write the presentations and produce the training briefs - the problem I have is finding time at the moment to deliver the training.)

Posted By Christian Hi there Hae you considered selling them an online solution? A DIY option, as such, perhaps backed up with onsite training for those who didn't complete or fare well online. If so, try www.atfsolutions.com. Very cost effective (£'s per user) and easy to manage and monitor. They can also pay you a referral fee (20%) for introducing the customer to them Their training has a number of modules which could be helpful, DSE, Manual handling, Fire etc etc as well as general induction Hope it helps now, or in future.
