Posted By Joanne Keenan I have recently graduated in Risk Management at Glasgow Caledonian University with a 2:1 and i am seeking employment in the Health and Safety field. I have particpated in modules such as Occupational Health and Safety and Occupational Health and Hygience. At present i am working voluntarily in a local NHS hospital withing the Risk and Safety department and last year i did a university work placement with another NHS trust where i also gained Health and Saftey experience. I would also be grateful also if anyone could give me advice on the best way to break into the Health and Safety sector if i am not successful in finding employment over the coming months. Is there a particualr type of course which would help to complete as i have applied for a Health and safety diploma course to see if it would further my chances of employment. My CV is available on request.
