This new post is based at Westhill near Aberdeen, and is ideally suited to someone with construction experience who wants to move into the occupational health and safety profession. The successful applicant will report to the Divisional Health & Safety Manager, and indirectly to the Group Health & Safety Manager. The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a range of operational and administrative health and safety aspects and this post will provide appropriate professional development opportunities. Essential skills & qualifications required for this post are: • Good verbal and written communication skills • Construction related experience • Driving licence • NEBOSH National General Certificate (or awaiting exam results) Desirable skills & qualifications for this post are: • Previous construction health and safety related experience • NEBOSH Construction Certificate • Training qualification • IOSH membership This post will attract a salary circa £25K pa depending on experience and qualification; a company car (or allowance) will also be provided. Posted By P.J.O'Callaghan I have completed certificate and awarded same through U.C.D in dublin. I have been accepted for the dipolma coures but am looking for full time position in construction safety
