Does anybody have any information, web links or otherwise regarding HSE careers in Canada?
Ideally info about similar institutes to IOSH, desired qualifications by employers and general state of HSE prospects in Canada.
Many thanks
Ross

Ross,

When I worked at a medical school in South Africa, the university ran many collaborative programmes with Chris Moore at the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety - see www.ccohs.ca

You will find their site very helpful and there are opportunities to network with local professionals. I think that a subscription is required tho'.

Hope this helps

You may find you'll find better information via the Canadian Society for Safety Engineering, www.csse.org.

It includes details of Canadian industry training, Canadian web links and information on careers overseas.

Hope this helps/Paul

Hi,

If you look on this web site and go to specialist groups then the international specialist group. Go to "Links" then "Americas" - you will find 52 links associated with H&S in Canada.

Cheers
Rob
