Posted By Susan Williams This vacancy is a graduate in training role and as such the salary reflects that the candidates will not have industry experience. The list of duties was to give a 'flavour' of what the role will include. The successful candidate is not expected to be working at full capacity on joining the company. I trust this clarifies the role.

Posted By Paul Oliver we should have an acceptable guideline that allows a certain min wage to be advertised your about to leave Uni wtih £20000plus in costs for your qualification and you need to buy a 2 bedroom starter home @ £140 000. you've got no chance on £18000.

Posted By Clairey O when i graduated i was just grateful to have a job, five years on, i would jump at the chance of this, my only downfall is that i live in a completly different part of the country. I'm in a similar trainee position that pays less, my saving grace is that the company i work for look after us in other ways, and are quite supportive of where we are trying to go.
