Posted By Bobby Joyce As part of my second year in an advanced diploma course in Safety, Health & Risk Mangement, I am seeking an industry in the Republic of Ireland with whom to work along side in developing & implimenting a OHSMS. Preferably a large hotel chain, which has a basic or no safety strategy. My goal is to work along side each department, & particuarly the HR Dept. I clearly wish to work under the mission of the board of directors, so as to comply with both the business strategy & HRD strategy. The projects aim is to devise & put in place tools to give the business the empowerment to meet the legislative requirements of Safety, health & welfare legislation.
