Posted By joedukeries Hello, I am in search of a more challenging Health & Safety role within the construction industry. I have over 5 year’s construction experience of which I was actually on site for 3 years. I have the NEBOSH Construction certificate and various other Health & Safety qualifications of which I am happy to supply more information upon request, My current position is Assistant Health & Safety Manager to the Managing Director (Health & Safety Manager). Upon in which I have a large amount of responsibility regards Health & Safety and are responsible for all employees Health & Safety. My current duties are as follows:- CDM Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH Assessments, Auditing/Reviewing Procedures, Creating New procedures (with regards to ISO 9001), Site Inspections, Creating new Documents such as Checklist, Databases, Fire Plans, I carry out Health & Safety Inductions, Vibratory Test for Plant/Equipment, Noise Assessments, Enforce new Legislation, amongst other duties. I am looking for a position in the Midlands area, but I don’t mind travelling to an extent. In an ideal position I would be grateful to further my Health & Safety qualifications as far as possible, I am aiming to start my NEBOSH Diploma as soon as I find a new position.
