Posted By Joanne Vaughan I am a small consultancy practice, primarily Health and Safety looking for a Food Hygiene Consultant in the Bedfordshire area. I have an immediate requirement for a small amount of work, which may lead to further requirements. I am also interested anyone who can deliver CIEH Food Hygiene Courses. Posted By James King Dear Joanne, I have just been told about your posting by a colleague. I am an independant food hygiene consultant and a registered training centre for the CIEH, for their food safety courses. I currently deliver training to all levels, from foundation to advanced food hygiene and hold a number of contracts to provide training and advice. I also currently teach part-time,for a local college, in both food and health & safety, though my self employment is my major work area.
