Posted By Spot Hi to all Iosh people I'm in the middle of the IOSH award course now I feel naive here but should I receive a pay rise once I have passed and start fulfilling my role at work??

Posted By Homer LOL ha ha ha, you are assuming that your employer actually care. My experience is you'll get a load of waffle as to why they can't recognise your additional skill. My advice, and good on you for doing it, is, if they dont't give you something, seek another employer who does really care about safety. Unfortunately these are rare. Good luck
