Posted By James Byatt Business Continuity, Disaster recovery, whichever one you use... My employer is looking for some guidance and leadership in the form of a consultant in this area. The ops board have already started the ball rolling and made a clear commitment to developing a Crisis Management Plan but we've stalled a bit due to time and resources. We therefore need someone to take the lead and guide us through formulating a plan. What we don't need is a firm offering a consultancy service, only if we pay a retainer for desk space in a serviced office should we need to move following a disaster. Due to our set up, this is not something we require. If anyone knows anybody who can help or you work in this field yourself, please drop me a line. Head office is in Bristol so SW based would be best although we have national coverage. I'll fill any interested parties in on the details once they contact me but as a guide we are a landlord managing student accommodation for over 30,000 residents. Look forward to hearing from you soon. James
