Posted By Sarah Barnes I am relocating to Glasgow in the next few months and am seeking employment in the field of health and safety (ultimately with an environmental element as well!). I currently work as a health and safety auditor for a local authority and also have experience in health, safety and environmental management in the MOD. Achieving statutory compliance, workplace inspections and audit, management systems, providing accurate advice/guidance, providing training and liaising with regulators are all among my strengths/abilities. I have Corporate membership of IOSH and Associate membership of IEMA. H & S quals include a P/G Cert in Safety & Risk Management (equivalent to NEBOSH level 6 dip), a NEBOSH cert and Lead Auditor OHSAS 18001. I also have an MSc in Ecology.

Posted By Alexander Falconer You could always try contacting my previous employer, Albert Bartlett & Sons (Airdrie) Ltd, and see if they have managed to fill my old role as HSE Manager yet. I had my own reasons for departing, however they are generally a good employer, just recently attained two major environmental awards from VIBES (regional and national winner) and Green Apple silver award (see also their website www.albert-bartlett.co.uk) Contact details to speak to is Colin Campbell (Production & HR Director) 01236 762831 Good luck Alex
