This role is one of the most senior health and safety positions within the company, and high levels of interpersonal and political skills are required as developing close relationships with the business are essential. You will be required to operate at a senior level and the need to drive the importance of health and safety and provide technical advice on how such issues and initiatives may be delivered and adhered to within the business is most important. Posted By Edward Hodson Neil, is this an internal recruitment notice for STW? as the specific requirement below may limit your response. "You will need to have extensive knowledge and experience of managing health and safety within Severn Trent".

Posted By Neil Budworth This is the internal advertisement, but the post is now being opened up outside of Severn Trent, so the Severn Trent experience becomes meaningless. The 'real ' advert will be in this month's practitioner, but I thought I'd give you guys first bite. Sorry for any confusion. Best Regards Neil
