Posted By Ken C Mark A lot will depend on where you live but I did mine with the University of Glamorgan and enjoyed it very much. Have a look at the courses that are accredited with IOSH as this will make the choice easier. After all, you don't want to do the work if it won't be accepted for CMIOSH do you? Regards Ken C

Posted By Hazel Harvey Mark, There are a whole range of Masters programmes available, most of them are accredited as meeting the academic requirments for IOSH Graduate and eventually Chartered Membership. However, as you may well be looking beyond this you should also check out some of the more specialist Masters programmes such as the safety law one offered by Salford. There are also ones that specialise in Safety Engineering and Occupational Health it really depends what you want to do. A couple of the accredited courses feature Environment as well as H&S so you may also be interested in those. Off the top of my head Sunderland, Paisley and Portsmouth have this option. Alternatively you might like to look at what exemptions a university might give for holding a NEBOSH Diploma.

Posted By Liyan Hi,I obtained my MSC inthe Science of Occupational Health, Safety and the Environment from University of Birmingham. It was good,I enjoied it. But the funny thing for me is that I cannot find a job after I graduated. Sometimes just feel very frustrated, what's the hell to have a such qulification? Every company wants people who have experience, how could our graduates have experince if they don't offer us a job? Your situation is much better though. You have experince, after you get you MSc,your will be very successful.Good Luck!

Posted By Nick Baxter I took both my MSc in OSH and my MA in Health and Safety Law and Environmental Law at the University of Salford and thought the service delivery excellent on both courses, I would recommend the UoS wholeheartedly.

Posted By Martin Turner Hello from Paris, If you looking for quick routes to obtaining an MSc take a look at Loughborough Uni, Centre for Hazard and Risk Management (CHARM) since they offer exemptions for holders of NEBOSH Dip and Equivelant i.e Nott Trent Dip etc. Portsmouth offer the PGC / PGD and MSc all through distance learning but at a price. Be mindful that distance learning isn't an easy option since your on your own and therefore its often difficult to stay motivated. Good luck - Martin
