Posted By Jim Steele Hi, I am a 27 yr old bloke working in the oil and gas industry, whom has recently completed the NEBSOSH general certificate. I have a BSC in Applied Geology and 5 years experience in my industry. I have been looking for info on how to break in to the Health and safety side of the business (with limited success). I believe there is a specialist certificate in; "Occupational Safety & Health in the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry." Has anyone studied it? Or know if it is worth studying? And can anyone help point me in the right direction as to my next step, to make me more employable. Any welp would be most welcome.
