5 Years Work Experienc by the end of the week

Can anybody help me to gain some experience? I live near Chester and am willing to offer my services for free.
I have completed my NEBOSH Gen Cert, started my NEBOSH Dip4, and now the
only thing I need is 3-5 Years experience.
Why don't larger companies offer schemes for people to gain that vital ingredient?

BP also do a graduate program for H+S and you can also try Pfizer I konw do such projects, looking at large companies who will likely do undergrad / sandwich placements as they may also be willing to take on a post grad especially if you are willing to do on same salary or free :-)
