SHE ADVISER
Reports to : ROC UK/Ire Manager
Role Statement
• Develops and maintains safety support structures for
all ROC personnel
• Coordinates ROC SHE documentation and OIMS
requirements
Responsibilities
• Provides guidance with incident investigation &
classification of incidents
• Provides overall guidance and direction on ROC SHE
matters including appropriate communication to the
field
• Performs trend analysis and generates appropriate
safety corrective actions
• Develops and coordinates OIMS (Operations Integrity
Management System) internal and external assessments
• Develops OIMS Emergency Response Drills &
coordinates execution
• Develops recognition programs and transfers to the
Field
• Develops content as subject matter experts for
newsletters, bulletins and news flashes to the Field
on a periodic basis, or as needed
• Identifies and shares best practices via appropriate
mechanisms
• Defines PPE requirements
• Develops OIMS training requirements and content
• Develops and updates job safety analysis
• Makes periodic store visits to monitor effectiveness
of SHE strategies and to maintain knowledge of
operations
• Compiles OIMS KPI data for reporting & stewardship
• Receives and tracks completed Safe Activity
