Posted By SAF I would like to move into Construction industry. I have 10yrs experience in safety. Got the general cert and diploma but no construction/CDM experience. Therefore I am looking for unpaid work to build up my experience, based around North London or the Home Counties initially for 1 day a week. If anyone can help, please contact me direct. Thanks

Posted By Liz Bennett I hope you are swamped with offers! If not, have a look at www.safetyindesign.org (SiD) and at the Constructing Excellence (CE)websites. We are developing and delivering through CITB and other SiD accredited training for designers in the built environment with CE registered Tutors. Much of the work we do is strategic leading edge and if you have any training expertise and-or project management expertise you might find you could add value to this work, gain a lot of key experience and network effectively in the industry. If you are interested, please call me on 01608 664211 or 07713158282 or e-mail liz.bennett@habilis.co.uk. ( my company, charged with programme managing the training development for SiD) or go through SiD directly, which comes back to me! At the moemnt IOSH is not involved formally but some of us hope that IOSH will also be a delivery partner in this and you may be the person to spend time developing those links. The whole is about fundamental change to H&S training for professionals and it is very stimulating and great fun! Liz Bennett
