Posted By Alan Bridge Apologies for any confusion. To try to clarify the disparity: The advert posted on our website represents our “normal” requirement for a consultant. In practice, we are currently looking to fill a specific role in the Surrey area and in this case, if we felt a candidate was right for the post, then someone with a general certificate who is working towards the diploma or a relevant qualification would be considered. In other words, we didn’t want to exclude a good candidate who has appropriate qualities and ambition but who has yet to reach the level of qualification and experience we would ideally be seeking for a consultant.
