Posted By snt It would be helpful for the employer to state the necessary skills, qualification and experience required for the post. That way, a prospective candidate can be sure the role is suitable and it also saves the employer from be swamped with unsuitable candidates. I am not looking for role, but pointing out what should have been included in the posting.
