After working in the gas industry (BG etc) for most of my working life I would not work for a contractor. Having worked alonside them I know first hand the type of employers some of them are.

All,

It is felt by the moderators that this thread is now in breach of AUG 2 which states:

“Users must not use the forums for any commercial purpose (including the advertising of jobs, goods and services)...”

Recruitment advertising is not permitted on this forum. Anyone wishing to advertise online can do so at SHP. For more information, please contact Bryn McGeever on +44(0)20 7560 4227.

We have therefore decided to lock this thread.

If you wish to apply your wit and cunning to the problem of AUG 2 in a way that will be beneficial to all, then please send any helpful suggestions to webteam@iosh.co.uk and we promise to consider them.
