Hi,

I am currently working as a Property Co-ordinator within a residential letting company. A large part of my role involves, advising and ensuring health and safety compliance within both our residential developments and also emcompasses health and safety for our employees.

I have already passed my NEBOSH Gen Cert (credit), and am now looking at either a Postgrad course at Strathclyde University or NEBOSH diploma.

I do not feel that my current role in the long term will give me the scope to progress my career further with this company, therefore am considering moving on to a more Health and Safety orientated role.

Any advice that you can give would be much appreciated, as there is so much to consider what kind of courses to do next, what types of roles should I be seeking?

Thanks.

Either of the course you mention should be a good next step - persoanlly I would good the university post grad route rather than the NEBOSH route (shouldn't really make a difference, but it does to some employers)

As for next career move - it may be that your background fits working as an H&S adviser in an FM company
