I have just recently successfully completed the Nottingham Trent Professional Diploma in Safety, Health and Environmental Management.

I have 5 years experience as a Safety Representative for a large food manufacturing company and also have NEBOSH General, IOSH Managing Safely and the CIEH Professional Trainer course.

I am looking for that elusive break into the field of Health and Safety.

I am currently based in the North East but am fairly flexible on location as it is building a career in this field I am interested in. Any interest or information that could point me in the right direction would be most welcome.

Posters are gently reminded that the posting of e-mail and website addresses in the body of text is considered a form of advertising on the Careers Forum.

The correct procedure is to contact the thread initiator on the e-mail address they have provided.

We do allow people to post a brief comment along the lines of: "We have contacted you direct" to inform viewers that off forum contact is occurring.

Alternatively, we allow variants of: "Please e-mail me" if the initiator has not provided contact details.
