I am looking for part-time, short-term or contract work opportunities in Safety, Quality management or Environmental management (or any combination of the 3) whilst I work towards my aim of becoming a consultant.

I have 25 years experience of quality systems, 13 years in health & safety and 8 years experience of environmental management.

Qualifications, experience and training all detailed in my CV which I will gladly email out.

Based in South Yorkshire, but prepared to travel for right opportunities.

Plasticman - thanks for the enquiry - I am prepared to travel any reasonable distance for day work (provided a reasonable travel allowance is paid. If the job requires me to stay away for the week I can do this provided half decent accomodation is available locally.

I am also looking at part time, contract or short term work in Health, Safety & Quality Management when I leave the Forces in Dec 06.

I intend to audit OHSAS 18001 H&S Management systems for companies in the automotive/plant engineering industry and would be interested what the going rate is for self employed/freelance H&S & Quality Practitioners with Grad IOSH status.
