Posters are gently reminded that the posting of e-mail and website addresses in the body of text is considered a form of advertising on the Careers Forum.

The correct procedure is to contact the thread initiator on the e-mail address they have provided.

We do allow people to post a brief comment along the lines of: "We have contacted you direct" to inform viewers that off forum contact is occurring.

Alternatively, we allow variants of: "Please e-mail me" if the initiator has not provided contact details.

If your going to use this IOSH service effectively, you will have to log on and then when your little cursor is over the persons 'name' you will see each others email address. That is of course if they make it visible and not hidden.

For example I can see all the email addresses except for Jonathons. I know that Graham has two email addresses - one on show and one as I pass over his name. Nobody can see my email address as I have chosen to keep it secret.
