Hi, does anyone have any advice or contacts regarding securing H&S employment in New Zealand?

Hi Toniette, have you had any feedback about vacancies in NZ. I must admit that I was looking, just out of curiosity, a few months back and couldnt find anything regarding H&S vacancies there.
If you have managed to find anything please post and let me know.
Regards, Gary

Hi Toniette,

you may want to have a look at these. The first is a forum similar to this but smaller, it will at least get you in contact with those working in NZ H&S. The other occasionally list jobs but is also a H&S professional organisation.

Hi Toniette,

I have recently emigrated to New Zealand and can suggest this site as your first point of searching for safety positions as most employers seem to use this site..http://www.seek.co.nz there you will need to enter safety or similar as a keyword and you should find a good few. NZ is a move I have no regrets about although you will need to bear in mind it is some years apart from the UK/EC....not to say the UK is better and NZ is worse....its just very different here and I can fill you in with much more detail if you get this and want to email me directly........I can also possibly help and point you in various directions and give you a few tips.....let me know....happy to help if I can......

Thanks Kevin and Glenn. I have had a look at the sites.
As you have already taken the plunge Glenn, I would really appreciate it if you could email me directly and maybe give me some more information. My email is Toni.salt@ntlworld.com

Regards,
Toni.
