Do any colleagues have positive experiences of speculative applications, i.e sending cover letters and a CV to employers.

I look forward to receiving the SHP every month only to be disappointed when I don't see any jobs I would like to apply for and the SHP online jobs is poor in comparison.

I am CMIOSH by examination and I am ready for a new challenge do any of my esteemed colleagues have any tips ?

Thanks for reading.
