Im in a bit of a predicament. I have just finished a Two year full time Security Management Diploma which looked at many aspects of Health and Safety along with Security and Law. This October I am going to do a Masters in Global Policing and Security. I also will do the certificate in Health and Safety. I was just wondering with all these qualifications and the certificate whats the chances of getting a Health and Safety / Security Position. Any advice is welcome. Thanks
Any Recruitment agencies have any advice? Thanks

Not sure if this helps but here goes.....
Try some of the ports ( containers, ferries etc ) if you live in travel distance.
There is specific legislation which covers security at ports ( you probably know this ) and the security function is often bolted together with health and safety at some of the smaller ports.
Or contact the security companies who are contracted to run security duties at the port. Again, some of these do security and health and safety type work.

Posted By Descarte There would also be a high chance of securing work overseas, be it in africa, middle east or south east asia etc.
Trouble is, though with the amount and types of qualifications that you have, most employers would still be looking for the expereince as well to back it up.
Get that too and you will be laughing
