Hi all,i`m new to the site so forgive me if i`m repeating a previously covered subject.

I work for an international public transport provider as a driver,I am also the Health & Safety representative for the trade union at my location and have been involved in the health and safety side of things for about 18 months.

Yesterday I received my IOSH Managing Safely Certificate which I sat in November.I am now hoping to progress my knowledge in this field in order to make a successful career from it.

I was looking for any advice or pointers on which is the best way forward, any further learning would need to be distance or home study based due to the ridiculous shifts I work and as I have a young family, the cash flow is not too fantastic,so budget options would be more manageable.

Any advice would be greatly received

Russ
