Posted By rks I was wondering if any of my colleagues would like to share there experiences of who they feel are the best companies to work for in the construction field. As we know there are many good ones and a few bad ones as well. Please feel free to pass on your views. Regards.

Posted By Charley Farley-Trelawney rks I would guarantee some moderation coming up unless the responses are factually based on PD information.

Posted By James M You should ask operatives their opinion for a factual response. The company I work for at present has an IIF policy but the operatives call it IF It Fits. What they are relating to is as long as it doesn't slow the work, safety is ok. Probarbly one of the best companies I have worked for is ISG. Very good management led from the top director down, always on site seeing what is actually going on and listening to the operatives. What more can you ask for?
