Can anyone suggest how I could ensure that my site surveys/audit reports and guidance are verified as seen and understood by my clients. I suppose I could use a generic template for this type of work to confirm receipt and understanding of my report in the form of a letter to be signed and dated by the client. I do intend to provide a follow-up service for clients to confirm understanding and provide further advice or services from shortfalls found in the site survey. There could be legal implications for me not to have a system in place to prove the client's receipt of my post survey reports and additional hard copy guidance from the HSE.
