Posted By Jock I have been asked back for a 2nd interview with a major house builder for the role of regional H&S Manager, part of the interview is to give a presentation on "improving safety culture and behaviour in construction". Does anyone have any advice or help on this subject as i have relatively limited experience on this subject. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Posted By CFT Jock Can I just ask please? You have limited experience on the subject of second interviews, or limited knowledge on giving a presentation on "improving safety culture and behaviour in construction"? CFT

Posted By GB Hello Jock There are a number of contract research documents available on the HSE website on this subject. Just type in 'construction behaviour' in the 'Search HSE Website' box on their homepage. Regards Gary

Posted By Peter Mayer Yes I have worked for 4 years on DWP who have instigated the Behavioral Change using their own DWP Safety Passport Scheme on refurbishment projects to Government Buildings. It has reduced accidents well below national Average. The DWP, Bovis and HSE have now allowed unrestricted access not copyright to our course and training material on the HSE Web site and how we audited sites to comply with the Behavioral Change Criteria. If you require further help email me.
