We seek an experienced DSE assessor, Prefebly Nebosh and Tech Iosh qualified (other qualifications would be suitable as well). Position: Head of Posture Group's services division. Start date: 1st week of January 2008 Rate of pay: £35,000 plus quarterly target bonus. The rate of pay will increase and share options will be offered in the future for this key role in the company. This is a key position for someone that wants a new challenge or is entrepeneurial in their approach. Posture Group wins 1 - 2 new clients every day and our team is growing fast. Location of work: 2 - 3 days a week in the office in Borehamwood. Remaining days providing high end services for clients. Responsibilities: * Manage a team of back care, RSI and ergonomics consultants. * Provide Posture Group's range of high end services, workshops and training courses. * Help with content input into the development of Posture Group's new back care manager software application. * Provide workstation assessor training courses. * Train new consultants in providing workstation assessments. * Will be instrumental in creating further services for Posture Group's range of products.
