I'm having a little gripe aimed at users of this forum who ask for responses to their requests for employment then do not have the courtesy to reply to emails sent to them!!!!
If you are looking for a role and someone expresses an interest - if it is not your area of work, country whatever do that person the courtesy of saying thank you but no thank you. all too often we see people saying 'no-one has replied'. Ha now you know why!
It may be no coincidence that the number of responses to postings on this forum has dropped dramatically.
So come on people - if people take time to respond to you - at least have the courtesy of acknowledging that

I've had that terrible experienc of getting no replys.....
.....until you check your junk mail; I'd say a good % is down to that

Well to be honest I just feel that I reply when someone is after a post then they do not reply - it makes you wonder just how much they want it - if they can be that choosy!!!
