Posted By Ian G Hutchings Ana I guess you won't know the detail until you get the information, it could be anything. Remember that most consultancy projects (in professional consultancy firms) consist of distinct phases, such as: - assessment or evaluation; - identification of needs/recommendations for improvement; - execution of a project to close gaps/deliver a solution; - ongoing project management, review and mid-project identification of further needs for future propositions. You may need to consider all these aspects in any proposed solution. It could also be something along the lines of having given lots of advice and support but no commitment from the client's decision maker. What tactics can you use to persuade them to change? Bottom line - consultancy is about delivering good customer service, high quality work in order to make profit. So the case study may include selling skills, project management, dealing with difficult customers, managing complaints etc as well as just health and safety knowledge. All the best of luck Ian
