Hi everyone,
I have a bachelors qualification in physiotherapy and also have five years of work experience in physiotherapy.I am currently doing M.Sc in Health studies.I am looking for a career change in health and safety.Do you think that M.Sc in health studies will help me getting a job as health and safety advisor. If yes then which fields particularly. Please give your suggestions.

I see no reason why not; but on the other hand it would seem such a waste of your obvious talents to not pursue your existing carer!
With no disrespect intended to your question.

Hi CFT
Thanks for your response. But I was concerned whether I'll have to take some additional qualification from NEBOSH as most of the employers do ask for some certificate or diploma. What do u say?
As far as my existing career is concerned I am actually saturated with it now.
Thanks anyways.

Yes you will, but it greatly depends on what level you wish to be within occupational H&S; diploma degree would be the routes available to be in mainstream, but do remember experience is also key to succeeding. level 3 certificate would enable you to practice but at a far lower level of responsibility.
The Nebosh website will give you more details.
