Posted By geoff0078 Hi i currently work for a US based company. the visa process can be very long winded. Best bet is to find employment with a US company that will help you sort out the visa. Unfortunately it is not as simple as applying for a visa and moving over to look for a job unfortunately.

Posted By David Rodger I have been trying to find a job in California for nearly two years. I have had a number of telephone interviews and last year actually had five interviews in the states for the one job, and was successful, until an internal candidate stepped forward. This means that they have to be given the job. My best advice and that of friends who live out there is to find a job with a US company in this country and transfer with them. Bottom line is you must have a job offer before you get a visa and they cannot offer you a job without a labour certificate and you cannot get a labour certificate unless they can prove that they cannot find a suitable US candidate. Sorry if this seams negative but that’s the way it is. Hope you have better luck than I have.

Posted By Sanny Jabonete I've been here in US for more than a year and got 3 - 4 interviews, unfortunately , they don"t sponsor a working visa.I'm here as a dependent visa(H4)so for me 90 percent you could not get a working visa from the company here. Sanny J.
