I have just been contacted by a friend to help their local estate housing association carry out a thorough risk assessment involving General, Fire and Vehicular traffic.
This estate consist of about 140 flats spread across 10 blocks 3 floors high, there is a major road into the estate with 10mph limit. Assessment is for the Communal areas only, which includes stairways and landing up to each flat entrance, carpark and children playground and also the major road.
Would also like rates that could be charge for this type of service and advice on dealing with the taxman, this is the first time have been asked to do this.
Urgent replies needed, am ready to supply my email address

If i could be so bold, i might suggest slightly re-wording your posting, as i am sure it is not the case, but at the moment it reads as though you would like people on these forums to do the work for you, then tell you how much you can charge for it.

Just an observation.
