I'm getting itchy feet in my current role.

I have 4 yrs experience, 3 with a MCG in a junior H&S role and now with a more diverse company but mainly I'm dealing with Construction (as PC and Sub) and Office's H&S advisor. Also I'm due to graduate in H&S this year.

So, I know I really enjoyed site work (although this was mostly quality based) and I want to stay in construction as this matches my first degree.

Any views on future courses and future jobs.

CDM-C / H&S Consultancy - Whats involved in these roles? Is the MaPS really required/ worth getting for knowledge?

Do employers ask for environmental qualifications is an AIEMA course sufficient?

Does the job title matter currently I'm an assistant and when on site managers (my company) frequently change my job title to make sure subbies know I'm not a PA and am competent to give the advise would any of you bother discussing this at interview stage?

Loads of questions! any help, opinions appreciated.

thanks

Marie
