As a professional in Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, and the recipient of redundancy, I am currently seeking a part or full time post as H&S officer/adviser/co-coordinator/consultant or manager and am available for immediate start within the Merseyside area. I am a confident and committed HSE Professional with over 25 years experience in Training, Auditing, Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Engineering, Fire Service, Marine, and Rail; I am also a qualified electrical engineer and have many transferable skills. Qualified to NEBOSH Certificate and Diploma levels, I am CMIOSH & IIRSM, and also in possession of a CSCS Card for Construction Site Safety. I hold Ergonomics and Marketing qualifications and several others relevant to Safety. Further skills include hands on experience in Employment Law and Training. As a volunteer I advise on Safety and provide Risk Assessments for a local group of over 1000 members who explore and excavate the hidden tunnels and underground structures of Merseyside.
